All the tourist sights! I love walking down Queen St in Old Town Niagara-On-The-Lake with my husband and watching our kids play in Simcoe Park, visiting Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill, exploring Safari Niagara, or going for a drive through the short hills and farm roads.

I was born and raised in a charming small town in Florida. And I’m very accustomed to all ya’ll’s southern American banter!
Born, raised and educated in sunny Florida, Julie traded her life surrounded by palm trees and sand to grow roots in beautiful Niagara more than a decade ago. The trade off proved well worth it - Niagara is where she and her husband married, and together they are raising three adorable children.
Sun-seekers and snowbirds take note: Julie recently obtained both her Florida Real Estate and Ontario Real Estate Licenses. With a background in customer service in the financial industry, a passion for creative design and marketing, and a committed and respectful work style, Julie is set up for success in the cross-border real estate market.
Julie views the importance of work alongside the importance of supporting the community. She is an active recreational ice hockey player, regularly volunteers with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is the first to show up to help at her children's school. Being busy comes second nature to Julie, and her burgeoning career in Real Estate is already proving to be an exciting next chapter in her life's journey. Julie is eager to help her clients navigate the tricky waters of buying and selling their homes, and feels that every home has a story - and Julie loves a great story!
