Having grown up in Etobicoke and Brampton, Nick moved to St. Catharines in 2014 and has loved the decision ever since!
With over 12 years of diverse experience in the construction industry and key attributes in Project Management, Contract Management, Sales and Operations at executive levels, Nick offers a vast variety of professional work experience.
Nick is a Brock University graduate holding a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and Classical Studies. Along with this, Nick has professional certificates in Project Management, Construction Law, and Human Resources. With this, Nick has utilized his teachings translating to countless hours spent managing high budgets, schedules, and contracts for projects in the utility and commercial manufacturing industries.
The decision to pursue a career in real estate was easily decided on by Nick to continue professional growth and use his experience and sound attention to detail to deliver the best results to his clients.
Outside of his business life, Nick was an avid ice and ball hockey player and 2018 National Ball Hockey Champion. In the summer months, Nick enjoys golfing with his friends experiencing many breathtaking courses throughout North America. Most importantly, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and French Bulldog, Enzo, while trying to take yearly family vacations to Florida to capture memories that will last forever. Nick’s favorite place to go in St. Catharines is the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club. Whether its for rounds of golf, to patio celebrations in the summer, to family event brunches, he enjoys spending time with family and friends for all occasions.
