2022 seems to have been a year of adjustment that we think was much needed after so much upheaval in our lives more recently. Change is often uncomfortable, but can bring so many positives! We started out in a market, that was unpredictable by many, accompanied by a significant increase in price in the region, a very limited supply and a prosperity possibility for sellers, then to follow….a complete slowdown of buyer market activity and many implementations by “the powers that be” to stifle certain aspects to bring the market to a more reasonable balance.
