What we didn’t do, it seems, was sit still!
Truly, we think 2018 was our busiest year yet – and it shows in the numbers of families we helped with their Niagara real estate needs.
Turning our gaze to the future, our McGarr Realty team is looking to produce even more good things than we did in 2018. Think more listings, more cheerleading for neighbourhoods throughout St. Catharines, NOTL and Niagara, more sales, and most importantly, more people helped.
That’s our plan going forward.

In fact, McGarr Realty team members advise on taking advantage of the winter lifestyle slowdown, to prep for a move by tackling some of the most unpleasant jobs, such as cleaning out the attic, basement and closets, and placing into storage large items not currently in use, like boats or vacation trailers.
