Get to Know...

One day I’d like to…

Travel across Canada, meeting, spending time with and writing about Homeless people. If possible, I'd like to publish those stories and donate any proceeds to homeless shelters and organizations that work with homeless people.

A fun fact about me is…

My hockey career peaked at age 8, and I retired at age 10.... It's true. I'm not a very good hockey player!

If I had a theme song it would be…

Thunder Road - Bruce Springsteen

My dream home would be…

In some sense I have my Dream home. My home is filled with laughter, music, good food and great friends that visit! My daughter and I have a very comfortable home, filled with great memories....

A hidden gem in Niagara is…

The Laura Secord bridge and path system in St. Catharines, linking both sides of 12 mile creek, leading to Morningstar Mill.  The hike (or run) feels as if you’re in the Foot Hills of the Rockies.

Bio

Please allow me the privilege to introduce myself!

I was born and raised in St. Catharines…. 1967 was a Great Year!

My family actually has roots dating to 1790 in the Niagara Area.  My Fourth Great Grandfather, George Cosby, was a United Empire Loyalist.

Prior to studying at Brock University and Niagara College, I attended Denis Morris S.S. and West Park S.S. to obtain my OAC Diploma.

At a very early age, I discovered that I sucked at Hockey! The good news is I excelled in rowing, winning the Canadian Henley 7 times. Since then, I have been involved in our community, from Coaching rowing for 25+ years, to supporting local fund raising and community activism.

My journey to Real Estate took many winding roads, with various successful careers and vocations. From Plant Manager of a Major Bottling Company, to opening and running my own local restaurant.

For many years I knew my true passion was Real Estate! So after many years of buying, selling, renovating and flipping property on my own, the journey to a Licensed Realtor was a natural progression.

My passion is real estate, but my love is helping people buy or sell their home, from first time buyers, to retiree’s downsizing.

I have found my forever career! It is truly a tremendous and rewarding experience!
